Here is the finished dress from the vintage 1950's children's pattern. Hope loves it as the skirt is SO full and swirls around her as she twirls. The dress was easy to sew and the most time consuming part was marking where to sew all the rick rack! The pattern is a size or two on the big side for her, but I can just move the buttons when she grows and the dress should last for at least two summers!
